TERMS
These terms apply to buying VOID OS on voidoss.com.
1. Who offers VOID OS
VOID OS is offered under the name VOIDOSS, from Quebec, Canada. Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, which acts as the merchant of record for the payment (“Sold through Link”) and sends the receipt.
2. What you buy
A one-time purchase of USD 50.00, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. It is not a subscription. It gives you:
- a licence to use VOID OS under the VOID OS License;
- access to download the VOID OS installation image (ISO);
- normal VOID updates at no additional charge, for as long as VOIDOSS supports that VOID OS product and version family. This is not a promise of perpetual operation or perpetual updates.
3. Who may buy
You must be 18 or older to buy VOID OS.
4. One computer at a time
One licence key keeps VOID OS on one computer at a time. You can move it to another computer yourself up to 3 times in 30 days.
5. What is not allowed
Reselling, sharing, publishing or redistributing VOID licence keys or the commercial VOID OS ISO is not allowed.
6. Delivery
After payment, your licence key and a protected download link are shown on the purchase page and sent by email. The download link expires after 24 hours; Recover Purchase sends a new one.
7. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. A refunded purchase ends the licence, the updates and the downloads for that purchase.
8. Warranty
VOID OS is provided with the warranties the law requires and no others. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the legal warranty under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, or any other right that cannot be waived.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, VOIDOSS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid. This does not apply where the law does not allow such a limitation, including the rule of the Consumer Protection Act that a merchant cannot be released from the consequences of its own act.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence still apply.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
